As I said earlier I'm getting some extra money here real soon and will be buying a MCP Pro for my one seater 737 sim. Anyways, I'm lookin to start putting together the overhead panel. Now I've never done this sort of thing before. I was thinking for starting out, I would try and put together the very front part of the overhead panel: Landing Lights, Taxi Lights, APU, The left and right engine start knobs, and the other light panel on the right side.

I was wondering whats the best interface card that doesn't require little to no programming knowledge and doesn't cost alot?

How easy is it to wire switches in?

To connect the interface cards to a pc, does it use a USB cord?

Does these cards come with software to work with a PC?

I say this a lot, but go to the sticky documenting my pit build.  Read it all.  A LOT of your questions will be answerered.  Also look at he other majopr players pits here.

The time invested will help.

The best tip I can give you is to spend time planning, planning, and planning before really diving in too fast.  The money and mistakes you save will be your own.

best,

...........john
