The original MAW missions have been updated to work in the latest version of MAW and are available here at Simviation CFS3 downloads:

http://www.simviation.com/simviation/index.php?ID=338&page=1000

These include new spawns, facilities and various files which do not interfere with other MAW missions or campaign missions.
