I'm just wondering, what does the "Auto-Coordination" feature do?? Is it Auto-Rudder? Sorry, for the stupid question.

Yes, it's the same as Auto-rudder. Copied from FS98 Help. Quote:
Turning Auto-Coordination On and Off

By default, Flight Simulator moves the rudder (or anti-torque pedals in the helicopter) automatically to maintain coordinated flight. If you have rudder pedals or a joystick such as the Microsoft Sidewinder that supports rudder control, you can add realism to your flights by turning off auto-coordination. Many aerobatic maneuvers require that you turn off auto-coordination.

To Turn Auto-Coordination On or Off
1      On the Aircraft menu, click Aircraft Settings.
2      Click the Realism tab.
3      Click Auto-coordination to turn this option on or off, and click OK.
