I am wondering if I were to do a multiplayer flight between 04 & 02 over a LAN if it would work.   I would host with the computer with ACOF on it and then join with the computer with 2002.  Is there any compatibility issue here?

Thanks!

Apparently it is possible. If you look in the 2k4 forum you'll see at the top a locked topic on multiplayer, it tells you what you need and where to get it Wink

If you can't, why not install ACOF on both computers and use the no-cd patch on one.

there is a freewear program called FSHost that allows you to set up a server that will allow both 2002 and 2004 to fly in.  there is also another program called FSHost spy that will serch the web and give you a list of active servers that you can join.
