Hi
The virtual KLM requires you take part in their training program, maybe they could help you out?
Just take a look at

http://www.aussiepeter.com/klm/klmva.htm

for their homepage, or

http://www.nwva.org/nwva/training.html

for the training program.

Cheers
AJ

I know the feeling, I'm trusted to fly a $3 million airplane, but I need to be trained to fly on a sim Roll Eyes

How familiar are you with Aviation, flightsim or real?

Are you just getting into it?

Well, it depends on what you mean experienced. Do you know how to fly well an airplane? If yes you should consider joining a VACC. They will provide you a couple of documents related to the operariions they follow, some ATC phraseology and that's all. They do not expect you to be experienced. After this you will obtain experience in online flying and you will join any VA.
