I have found some aircraft on this (http://rusaviagold.narod.ru) website, but the downloads get aborted each time.

what i want is the GMAX Yak-18 and the Sh-2 (the upside-down W is the same as Sh)
did someone succeed in downloading one of those aircraft?

Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV&&&&AI flightplans and repaints can be found here

The tranfer speed of that site is very slow. Those files are not exactly huge. You should be OK using a download accelerator/manager like DAP with the Resume Support option. http://download.com.com/3000-2071-10127147.html?part=speedbit&subj=dlpage&tag=bu...

Yak-18 and the Shvestov done...
now the yT-1 (UT-1), the Il-18 was on another site too, with a great panel

DAP works a little, but not that much for speed increase(1.8KB/s max)

Good. The thing with DAP is not so much the speed increase, although that is handy on a slow connection. The reason I suggested it is that you can resume the dowload if it gets broken. Wink
