I've got a rather odd problem, I want to burn 99min (850mb) CDs, but my software (Easy CD Creator and Nero) won't let me. Any ideas?

The limit on "standard" cd's is 700 Mb/80 minutes.  It should be posted on the label of the (blank) cd.

I've brought some 850mb CDs, just my normal burners won't let me, they are hobbled to 700mb.

Are you using an older drive with older software?

My cd burning software is hobbled too.  It always warns me that 700 Mb of data won't fit on an 800 Mb cd.  At least I can tell it to write anyway.  There must be some way to disable this, maybe an .ini file or software update.
