IFR AND AFCAD AND TRAFFIC TOOL (Read 893 times)

can anyone tell me how to use IFR ? everytime when i land on the runway , it is by my eyes . can you tell me how to let TOWER tell me when to decend , head , etc ? how to set data in IFR exactly ?

for AFCAD , TRAFFIC TOOL , what is for ? i download AI AIRCRAFT AND UNZIPPED , how to let them fly in fs2002 ? also , what is flight plan for ? every aircraft needs ai filgt plan ?

Paul IFR is instrument flight rules, which means ATC yell at you which way to go and how.
For the other part of this question, I've moved your other post to the AFCAD TTools forum.
