I've had many hours of fun trying to teach American friends that Norfolk isn't pronounced Nor-f*ck inspite of the fact that is more accurate
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

I knew my bloodline came from close to London. The map proves it. I have to have a word with my ancestors about that.
The guy behind this displayname is not a pilot but has flown small craft like Cessnas and Pipers and is truly addicted to being airborne...he's not sure if the stage or the pilot seat is more fun, so he'll try and keep getting to both.

I've got a layover in alchoholics next Friday, then I'm off to Waffles the next morning. I've been told our flight will fly right over London..
Flying with twins is a lot of fun..

I still don't understand the difference between UK, England, etc. Y'all need to settle your differences and become one country so I don't get anymore headaches.

In some way that's not so different from here (England, Wales, etc. are states); technically, the U.S. is a union of many little (well, various-sized) state and territorial countries, most with their own counties (equivalent to shires, thus we also have sheriffs).
