Windy night in Kalamazoo, MI (Read 384 times)

Well it is a very windy night here in da Mitten state! Sustained winds of ~30mph, gusts of 48mph, temps falling, and snow a comin'.

So naturally this is a perfect time to load real-world weather, real world time, and fire up the FSD Turbo Porter!

On final to runway 35 at KAZO (Kalamazoo/Battle Creek Intl)

Just as I was settling down, a massive gust slammed the Turbo Porter, kicked the tail over about 20 more degrees, left wing flopped up, I corrected, then the wind lulled and I ended up over-corrected....thankfully the Turbo Porter is a tough bush plane!  Grin
