There are still many airports that have ndbs . Is there someplace where the frequencies are listed in fsx or fs9 or the web?

The VOR and NDB locations and frequencies should be shown on your GPS, etc, maps and navigation charts.

Mine are shown on my FS Navigator and Plan-G maps.

They will only be of interest when you are within radio range of them.
