Tonight's Tasty Treat...

Tagliatelle!
Egg Tagliatelle: Boiled in a large saucepan for 10 minutes.
Small Saucepan...
Virgin Olive oil.
Finely Chopped Onion.
Crushed Garlic.
Chopped Tomatoes
Salt (to taste).
Cracked Peppercorns.
Basil.
Parsley.
Chopped Smoked Ham.
Heat slowly until soft.
Add the Tagliatelle...
Stir in Green Pesto.
Grated Cheese.
Serve on a hot plate with Fresh Bread and Butter.
..and maybe a little glass of something you fancy!...
...!
All done in 15 minutes!

Carbs are OK for the old school, but I prefer the newer direct injection for computer controlled mixture all the time.....
