First you must be able to drink dangerous people with strong Celtic or Hispanic genes under the table....
The rest of the initiation is a secret, but most people quit around about the time you cover yourself in fish paste and dive into the tank of Fearsomely Angry Lobsters!
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

I can confirm that rumor.....man that badger was a nasty bugger
"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

Mark, if I remember well from a far and distance past, wasn't there a certain job involved in the mod-forums which was so nasty even the most hardened men left vomiting? Something with toilets, toothbrushes, cattle-prods and having ones bullocks dipped in boiling marmalade?
PS. first time I saw this thread I read: HOW CAN YOU BE A MODEFARTER...

MODE ARTER?
I expect, like with most else, with practice one may be adept at drawing, painting or sculpting a mode...
or be quite decorative with their com-mode...
