Sorry guys, BUT I am genuinely excited about this: every day seeing this airplane come a little closer, every day adding a few more parts and assemblies to the model, every day getting a wee bit closer to seeing a vintage plane get fully reborn.
As the first full size aircraft that is actually getting built that I have had the privilege to work on, the Great Lakes will forever hold a special place in my memory (Jake you probably can understand that).

By the way, the owner was thrilled with that payware YMF-5, so whoever worked on that, I think a toast is in order!
As always, I wish you clear skies and smooth air,
Adam

As an old rudder stomper reading your posts I sometimes think I hear the rumble of those radials, feel the computer desk shake, hear the song in the wires and the wind in my hair...Cheers...
Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

Thank you very much! I keep forgetting to bring a camera to work, we have full hangers now....but classes have started, so I cant work nearly as much. Right now our hanger is full including with a Great Lakes...the production hanger has a lot of planes going through it right now, needless to say a healthy backlog exists for WACOs and Great Lakes. It thrills me to see so that there is healthy demand for classic REAL airplanes (real as in open cockpit, fabric, wood, tailwheel, etc.)
