Goodly afternoon all... Smiley

Thanks to Doug "Hagar" I got to try out the Piper PA-28R which is Freeware and available right here at our Download Simviation Site.

Doug sent me a prop fix which I wanted to show off and I am quite pleased with the results of not only the prop fix but this Piper which has a nice working cockpit also.

Stephane "Daube" if you see these I think most of the shots are too close in which is why I did the last shot like it is.  Your opinion would be most appreciated... Wink

Not sure about those colours Doug.  Undecided

I think it's about time you changed the copyright notice on your shots to read © Flying Trucker.

Hi Doug... Smiley

The set was taken with REX2 and one of their Themes...perhaps that is why the colour is the way it is... Smiley

ORBX is also involved along with Flight Simulator Water Configurator.

You know what Paul "Fozzer" say's all the time Doug.......
"Too many cooks in the kitchen spoils the broth"

Perhaps I am using too many add ons?.... Undecided

Never thought of using BD Sizer with "Flying Trucker" as I do not spend a lot of time taking shots...far too busy trying to control the blasted simulated aircraft in the game... Grin

Thanks for the comments Doug... Wink

Your sky is great, but maybe a little work on the water/wave will do.

Hi "bass"

Got experimenting with several different water settings and where I find the big difference is at what altitude the shots are taken.

I found a big difference when REX2 and FSWC (Flight Simulator Water Configurator) were used at different altitudes and times of day.

I am now starting to experiment with the season changes also.  There should be a noticeable difference.

There are changes that can be made in FSWC which will enhance winter settings I believe.

So have some work to do on this when I get some spare time... Grin

I'm certently doing the same, but i discover changing fswc inside fsx are not good. It takes time to close, then restart the sim, but its very interesting.

Hi Bass... Smiley

I tried to change FSWC while running FSX and it did not work for me.

With REX2 you do not start FSX until REX2 tells you it is set up and then you start FSX from withing the REX2 program.

Now what I do is:
-Start REX2 and set Theme
-Start FSX from within REX2
-Start FSWC after FSX starts
-Start Settings in FSX and go to Library...click OK
    Library will load
-Program my flight such as:
   -aircraft
   -location
   -season

Now most of this I have already written down when selecting a Theme in REX2.

It seems to work for me but what I was also wondering  was can a person have to many addons all running at the same time for a flight?

In general, as long as the addons work together there should be no problems, but if they dont, then it can be a master of conflicts and very difficult to find what causes it.

I am running at least four and the computer is slow in starting and you will notice the Frame Rate Drop in my Cessna 337 shots in this Simviation Section... Wink

Maybe you should do a check of what you have starting up with windows. Addons for fsx is certently no need, so are many other installations. It just slow down upstart.

Dont mind the fps that much. Look at what you can see, exp scenery. If it dont have lockouts, other strange behaviours and it fits your eye, then its ok.

Thanks bass... Smiley

Everything seems to run smoothly and my average simulated flights run somewhere around ninety (90) minutes without any problems.

Have a great day... Wink
