Salutations fellow Flight Simulator artistes  Smiley

A short selection from me, and in a suprising departure, some moody dark dusky type shots in amongst some nicely lit examples.

Showcasing the ever-popular Seven-Fifty-Seven, with its wonderful take-off performance.

Enjoy  Cool

'Legacy'

'The 757 is the only narrow-body aircraft to be used by the large fleets of all four U.S. legacy carriers: American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, and US Airways.'

...

'Through operational commonality, 757 pilots can obtain a common type rating to fly the 767 and share the same seniority roster with pilots of either aircraft.'

...

'Over the duration of the 757 program, 1,049 aircraft were ordered and delivered, and 1,050 examples were built. The prototype 757 was not delivered to any customer, as it remained with the manufacturer for testing purposes.'

...

'The first engine to power the 757-200, the Rolls-Royce RB211-535C, was succeeded by the upgraded RB211-535E4 in October 1984. Other engines used include the RB211-535E4B, along with the PW2037 and PW2040 from Pratt & Whitney.'

...

' Intended to replace the smaller three-engine 727 on short and medium routes, the 757 can carry 200 to 289 passengers for a maximum of 3,150 to 4,100 nautical miles (5,830 to 7,600 km), depending on variant.'

I thank you all for taking the time to peruse my selection of screenshots  Wink

Do you really mean, those pics, taken so dark, could main anything?
I see a bug on the third, but maybe that's just me.

Ref our talk in my thread, i vanted to show some aircraft, and you didn't like the scenery, exp roads, now i dont see any sceneries except from clouds and skyes!

I sure like those pics, but let us get down to the ground once in a while.  Wink

ok....so what is the bug? No flaps 5/15 on take off? That slipped through, although im sure i selected flaps 15 before my take-off run.  Sad

Yes they are dark, and thats not how i normally compose my shots, but you've got to try something different every once in a while yes?

Cycling through the various time settings i was struck on how marvellous dusk actually looked. Ive spent quite a bit of time with REX and ENB Bloom to obtain this 'look'.

Aircraft, Scenery, Weather, Lighting. Id suggest the Aircraft, weather and scenery were boxes id ticked, just maybe id gone to far on the time. A few minutes earlier and it would have been much brighter!  Smiley

Yes, i mentioned points about your scenery, and yes ive not used much in this set. although it is present.

But this set is about the weather, the colours at dusk, the haze layer/fog layer, and the colours it produces. If your trying to show an aircraft over scenery, then id certainly follow my own advice.  Surely the same applies over weather sets and time settings also  Smiley

Thanks for the comments  Smiley More C+C welocme, as always!
