Anyone know if it is possible to add ramps to an airport? I am a little peeved to see that WACO Classic Aircraft Corp's ramp is not on the airport! That must be changed so I can start placing oodles of WACOs around it for scenery. Cool

The airport is Kellogg (Battle Creek, MI), identifier KBTL. Sometimes the airport is called W. K. Kellogg or Kellogg Air National Guard Base. Either way, KBTL.

If you are talking about adding Ramp parking spots to an airport then you need an airport design tool.  There are several available.

AFX supports both FS9 and FSX and is payware
ADE supports both and is freeware
As mentioned above AFCAD is a long established tool for FS9.

If however you are talking about some sort of object or visual representation then you may need an object placement tool
