He probably got it from the guys over at Project Tupolev:

Their Tu-154 is great in terms of texture and realism. It took me forever to learn to start it, much less even figure out the autopilot!

That does look like the PT tupolev. I've tried following both the manual and videos but haven't been able to get the engines to stay on. They'll start and run for a few minutes then shut down again.
