I have two instances where I was flying and my computer shut down, I mean really shut down.  Almost like I had pulled the plug.  The first time I thought maybe it was related to CPS as I had to minimize 2004 for about six hours, when I came back I tried to do something with the GPS and the computer shut down.  The second time I was simply flying an A-3b-1 Skywarrior.  I had taken off and was going to fly from ADAK to Hilo, Hawaii.  I had climbed to about 5000 feet and the screen when black.  I checked my computer and it was off!  I had to try rebooting twice before I could return things to normal.  I haven't started FS-2004 since (I can start and run FS2000 as well as FSX) without any problems.  I really hate doing this, but does this sound like a somplete reboot of FS-2004?

No Groundbound1 it does not shut down with any other application.  I have never had a problem as described with either FS2000 or FSX.  I think I am simply going to have to bite the bullet and backup all my aircraft files and delete FS9, and then reload.
