...the days are getting longer, and the weather is getting warmer (slightly), so the time is approaching for some nice Summer Salads again...>>>>
It was so delicious that I had TWO whole helpings of what you see here!
I am now stuffed full of Lettuce leaves, etc, etc, etc!...
...!
...and my nose is mysteriously twitching!...

You should try Mrs. Oz's Greek Salad with spicy chicken Foz, that rocks! I'd better send you the recipe as soon as She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed translates it

During the War we often lived on Rabbit meals, (meals containing Rabbit meat!)...free, and readily available in the fields surrounding us..
Mum used to skin, and roast or stew them for dinner.
I never could acquire a taste for them, even now. To me, the meat has a very 'bitter' taste!
Delia Smith's posh way!...

Looks great Foz, and sooo healthy too! Nothing like a bit of roughage to keep a body regular!
Just mind that you don't overdo it and start growing a little fuzzy tail.

Have you ever considered using the salad to bait the rabbits, and then have those for dinner?
