Well it's been probably around 1-2 years since I jumped into the seat once more.
It's like going back to an old friend, you don't forget anything.
I'm going to Japan soon in real life using Alitalia. Part of the route is from London Heathrow to Rome FCO. I flew this today.

why does it stop at Rome? fuel? Does it stop anywhere else? I realise its Alitalia and thats italian, hence rome

I imagine it stops at Rome because yes they are Italian and for them it is a return leg from London and then onto Narita.
It doesn't stop anywhere else no.

Very nice shots, but oh noooo you're using default a321
Microsoft gave it such sluggish and laggy controls, such a shame. I recommend project airbus, really nice planes
