I can smell Brassoi being cooked in the kitchen at the moment and we've got triple chocolate cake to follow Grin
What better way to spend a cold wet day than indoors scoffing and recovering from our little walkies yesterday!
Might be near your place in a couple of weeks Paul, if you're not careful I might pop in for a cuppa and a plate of scoff Wink

Here's something for ya'll to try:

Toasted BLT, but spread a bit of light mayo after you've toasted it, and swap out the lettuce for kale. That was simply phenomenal  Grin

...and finally...

To finish off the cold, wet, miserable, Bank Holiday Monday...

Heinz Baked Beans in tomato sauce, on fresh, hot, buttered Toast, and sprinkled with grated cheese, with white pepper!... Smiley...!

A lovely way to end the day, just before bed-time!

Paul...and tomorrow, it starts all over again!... Smiley...!
