Looks delicious as usual Fozzer, but if I may be so bold as to suggest some fresh greens now and again, perhaps a nice salad. Wink Smiley

Nah, come halfway across the world to Hawkes Bay, The Fruit Bowl of New Zealand. You’ll get a great wine here. Wink

It's probably sacrilege to say, but actually, I haven't got a taste for red wines.
I have a "sweet tooth", and I find red wines bitter to my taste!
I prefer sweet white wines better, but my Nurse tells me that red wines are better, to thin the blood for those folks suffering with high blood pressure.
Strange though it may seem, but I actually prefer sweet lemonade!... Shocked.... Wink...!

The difference is, red wine at 13% makes me "happier" than lemonade... Cheesy....and I like being happy!... Grin...!

My ideal vino at the moment is "Mulled Wine", an 11% red wine, with various herbs and spices added to make it sweet.... Smiley...!

Paul...HIC!... Smiley...!

In a totally unrelated aside...

I've always wanted to go to England, just so I could drive through the Chunnel.  Not because it looks like a great drive (I'm sure it is), but just so I could use the word 'Chunnel' now and again.  Smiley

Considering our traffic congestion problems, probably not the best of reasons to visit England, Kev...

..and would you really trust that roof between you and the English Channel... Shocked...!

As you can see from Fozzer's link you can't drive through the Chunnel. You drive onto a train at one end which takes you to the other end. I've been through it a couple of times on coach trips. It's convenient but to be honest I much prefer the ferry.
