..all prepared and cooked whilst pretending to fly a Cessna 150 Aerobat around the sunny vineyards of Southern California whist supping a glass, (or three), of Napa Valley's best Red Vino, at the same time.... Grin...!

Yorkshire puds are not the same without gravy. Look at the shape. In Yorkshire they have them for starters, just filled with gravy. If you have some left over you can fill them with jam for afters. Yummy! Cool

I always remember my dear old Mum always used to pour the Batter mixture straight into the piping hot roasting tray.
When cooked, it would then be sliced into flat portions (with curly edges!) and served on the dinner plates!

I think its the availability of ready prepared and part-cooked Yorkshire Puddings which has made the process much easier and quicker nowadays...>>> http://www.auntbessies.co.uk/product#
