Today was Leg 3 of my unplanned Canadian Rockies trip.

CBA7 Scar Creek - CAZ5 Cache Creek

It was a pretty steep max rate climb out of the valley from Scar Creek, I cleared the tops with probably 50 feet to spare over the trees.  I guess I could have flown a circuit in the valley's but where's the fun in that.  Cool  It wasn't long before the snow caps showed up as I climbed to FL18

...

A whole lotta nothin', but a beautiful nothin'
...

About an hour into the 1.3 hour flight the sun started to set behind me
...

I did a few circles until I broke through the clouds to plan my approach into the valley for this landing
...

I landed uphill on runway 15 then turned around and parked her at the end for the night
...

Not sure where I'll fly to tomorrow but I think I'll keep heading east for now.

Thanks for looking! Smiley

Thanks Smiley  They actually were on the entire flight, but they didn't show up that well I wonder if the bloom made the sky drown them out. Huh

Here is a shot I took with the yoke hidden showing the switch position and another angle outside.  I'm going to have to see how bright they are without bloom now lol.  I don't think I'm over the 650kb limit per thread but if I am feel free to hide my img tags Tongue
