Water from the boiled Vegetables.
Chicken Stock Cube.
Vegetable Stock Cube.
Bisto and Cornflower for browning and thickening.

Vegetables:
Mashed potatoes with milk and butter.
Carrots.
Parsnips.
Leeks.
Mixed, red and green, sliced Peppers.
Cauliflower.
Broccoli.
Celery.
