A recent PBS program about Mr. Rodgers prompted me to do this repaint of the 727:



I grew up watching Mr. Rodger's Neighborhood as did my two nephews and niece. He had a way of making you feel special. The plane is the "Purple Jet" belonging to King Friday XIII of the Neighborhood of Make Believe. You never saw the jet on the show, the idea was to imagine what it looked like, so it may or may not have been a Boeing 727
