I'm in a place where I can't not fight ,Don't you think I already had a lot of work making them Now I have to be on line checking and being also fighting?

I been fighting since my first release in 2005 and now you can find all my airplanes everywhere with other as its designers ,

This is nothing new to me I'm so disappointment and tired ,I used to do this for entertainment ,but since the first release it has become a night mare ,a hard work to allow other take full credits ..

I hate everytime I see my work in that site ,I'm too old for this specially when I see the hardest work I ever made for FS in a hand and full credit of a little kid (same with the MD-83 in other sites ) I can't act like my own police

I can't afford a long oversea phone call ,I can't do anything more my work is in the hand of any one who wants to play the FSX/FS9 modeler Angry

If I were IN USA None of this would happen to me

I'm so sorry about this POST I'm so upset , I acknowledged you all people support me and I appreciated and all I have its to release my anger through this way

Its all I can do ,die here of anger and disappointment myself

Just because I'm a trouble maker I went to FB and asked this;

"Why have you taken someone else's work for FSX, changed it ever so slightly and then claimed it as yours? Are your parents aware of this activity and what could happen when a copyright violation claim appears in the mail?"

I'll await for the teenage spamming attack...

Alrot, you might also send an email to Paypal and explain that there is a Donate button on his site and explain that the work is in violation of your copyright. They *should* revoke the button, I'm hoping.

Every weekend Simviation gets attacked by people who want to see us gone. (we are again under a amateur DoS right now). My work is stolen every day by lowlife FS scam sites who make money out of my hard work.

Every single payware file is downloaded 100 times for every paid download.

This guy is nothing compared to what we all have to put up with.

Just realise this is part of it. You have little problem compared to many others - but you take it too seriously. Realize the reality and Chill out a little.

Hey Alejandro, at least you know that you are the goodguy at the end of the day. And you have a loyal "fan club" too, a lot of us here at SimV!

Thieves, either virtual or actual, are everywhere and will be til the end of time.

Even know I use the PMDG NGX, I helped my friend who has never flown an advancement of the 737 before. He said this could rival payware aircraft.

,I don't need to prove ,just the fact that the texture files are in Spanish and thousands of witnesses but talking about here of legal action its too much for something so little
and I don't think this small incident would cause attention due to a simple fact ....Its a free product,
the only benefit was personal ,My credit and It seems I don't even have the right to it

Now ask your self Would you want to continue Doing this?

Put yourself in my place , You do airplanes and enjoy making them and see your job being the joy of many You see them in Pics in avatars that's your reward More than enough,you spend thousands of hours in many small details ,and everytime you release it ,to see them Upload it in other sites by other and having all the credits?

Take a look my preview pic and see the guy's bothered by something almost invisible, see how he making fun of my inteligence (this is not the first time ,same with the VC attach protection of my oldest models ) ..think about it

I'm going to have to quiet , doesn't mean that this dont make me upset
