Maintenance completed (what looked like Rat droppings in the fuel line). The welcome at Ratmalana was incredible, very friendly folk and very helpfull too. They furnished me with all the spares and tools I needed, including a new shiny bucket. Not sure what we'd use as paper though, perhaps the old Colombo Times sunday supplement would suffice, I must remember to take the staples out.

We decided to depart the next day. During a lunch of cold Koola'ya curry with extra chillies, Georgina filled in a few extra details: She was a "sleeping agent" when I employed her/him but when we started the trip MI5 decided to wake her up, they had a mission that coincided nicely with our trip. (I really should have inspected her credentials more closely)......She couldn't give me much more info but she did say that the meeting was to arrange "some protection" for us and the package.

Now back to the original Journey: Next stop would be Penang internationalAirport on the island of Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. At the time of the original journey this island was known as Prince of Wales island......Next stop after that would be Singapore.

As we departed Sri Lanka we aquired some temporary "protection"

...

I'll see if I can find a pic of Georgina, I'm sure you'd all like to meet her. Cool

Thanks for the comments Guys.

There was a a queue for the bucket and there's only two of us Embarrassed

The curried goat was having it's revenge. I forgot to take the staples out of our paper........and guess who got one? (the one eventuality that my first aid kit doesn't cover) I then had to fly standing up, the rudder was tricky but who needs one anyway.

After an otherwise trouble free flight we landed at Penang. Lots of traffic around.

...

The next Leg was to singapore, we had a quick look around Kuala Lumpur on the way, blanketed in ground fog.

(Inactive recently due to being away over easter, now catching up)

Meanwhile, back in Singapore......

We're taking some R&R while we're in Singapore. Georgina  has a mate who works for the local TV company and she's arranged for an evening reporting on the local traffic.

...

Happy Wednesday Folks Smiley

After Singapore we're heading for Hong Kong, following in the footsteps of our original traveller.

You can if you use Model Converter X  Wink to create the BGL (or MDL or DDS file)

I've swapped the above photo for one without the lamp post and menu bar ( I knew I had a better one).

Thanks for looking. Cool

Yes as G.K. says you can with ModelConverterX.

These Tutorials Might help:

Build your House with Sketchup:

http://www.fsdeveloper.com/downloads/BuildYourHouseForFSUsingSketchup.pdf

And:

ModelConverterX:

http://www.fsdeveloper.com/wiki/index.php?title=ModelConverterX

And before anyone says that Sketchup isn’t any good, it’s great for beginners & I am currently building a Model of HMS Glorious in Sketchup for FSX.
