I have come across the infamous beer transport method (I also have Tony Jonssons autobiography in my collection) before.
The funniest one I ever came across was when a Squadron "acquired" a large quantity of champagne and decided to smuggle it back to England in their Spits, to teach the boys a lesson their boss took them up to about 40,000 feet to see if the wire on the corks was solid Grin
