Just a few rushed shots as I'm flying her everywhere. I worked on her engines while I was in the Air Force so she has a special place in my heart. Enjoy.

Thanks For Looking. This is the Area 51 C-17 by the way.

Great shots. Wink

I have to ask, is the VC any good?

As a former mechanic on these birds I'll say it isn't the best i've seen but it ain't the worst either. A little on the boxie side as far as seating goes and......I'll post a shot in a few minutes rather than explain Wink. Word on the street is the Virtavia C-17 has got the vote for VC and Area 51 has it for the exterior model. Alot of the forums I went to said they were buying both and taking the panel from one to put in the other. Seems like alot of coin to me. I'm happy with my decision. I don't need both.

Thanks for looking
Mike

It's certainly big. Smiley I used to live near Westover and would constantly see C-5s overhead as they landed--like flying houses. Anyway, nice set of screens.

The C-17 makes for a decent ride, not the best, but better than being stuck on a contracted commercial widebody with every seat full. Rode a Dover AFB C-17 home from my first deployment to the Middle East back in 08.
