Dang it, homework got in the way. Next time I guess. Even though I am at the end of Spring Break, there is no rest for an engineering student. Undecided

With all due respect Sir, I was already a pretty good pilot just a bit rusty. Wink

It was a bit sad that our new recruit Skyhawk didn't make it though. Sad

I've been playing CFS 2 & 3 a bit recently & a bit of Rise of Flight as well.

Andrew…Qualified FS Pilot soon to be Trainee Glider Pilot… Wink...

IRL gliding or FS?
Because in FS gliding is pretty easy,if you are carefull you can easily cruise miles.

For Glider Pilots there is some excellent; "Soaring Scenery" in the Sim V Library!

I have the California Soaring Scenery installed in my FS 2004 Add-On Scenery Library, which includes some excellent special visual clouds, (around the World), which gives you lift in your glider, (etc)...

Sorry for not specifying chaps. Embarrassed

When I turn 14 in June I am going to start training as a real world glider pilot because I have a passion for aviation & I reckon that it's a good idea to start as a glider pilot & then I will move on to bigger & better planes.

Our Hagar will be pleased to hear that. He reckons that every would-be Pilot should train as a Glider Pilot first, to get the feel of; "flight"!

I think the same thing. Wink

In a glider you have no engine & if you’re in a plane & the engine cuts out your glider training will kick in.
