the Microsoft Hotmail??
I mean the way they bought youtube,One day I had my account with them and the next day all was in my gmail account 

I saw this ,the say now you can Import your "OLD" Hotmail  account .. Huh

how do they know its old? (I open it 15 years ago )and with the gmail about the same time It start working like 8
wasn't this a private information are these information shared to each one of them?

Hotmail hasn't been used for a few years now... It has since joined the 'live' branch of Microsoft. You now have a Windows Live account. For example... Alrot@live.com


I'm not sure if it means your emails, or just contacts.

Although my e-Mail providers have changed companies over the past 15+ years, fortunately, so far, I have been able to retain my original e-Mail address....

...which is nice!... Kiss...!

Now you're confusing me (we'll pretend I wasn't already). Not used for years? There's still a hotmail link at the top of the msn website and I still access my "...@hotmail.com" account.

My original e-Mail address was generated at a long deceased Web Service Provider (Dial-up) many moons ago in the 1990's.
Since then they have been taken over by various companies, but, luckily,  I have still been able to retain my original e-Mail address... Kiss...!
I still use it daily, and everyone who needs to know, knows it.
My constant nightmare is that my present E-Mail provider will close my original (free) account, and insist that I use their latest Web name in my address!
That would put an end to my universally, well known, E-Mail address!.... Cry....!

Oh yeah, I still use it for my MSN account. I still enter 'hotmail.com' into my browser and it still takes me to where I need to go.

They bought Hotmail first, then introduced MSN service, then changed it to Live. So MSN Messenger became Windows Live Messenger.

Same service, different name. I don't know what you can import here though.
