I've tried to follow the steps here:
https://microsoftflight.com/en-us/faqs/#troubleshooting
about how to fix a problem with the product key not showing up.
The trouble is, when I click "Confirm Purchase" here:
http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Product/Microsoft-Flight/66acd000-77fe-1000-91...
I get a message saying "Sorry
Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."
I live in New Zealand, could that be a problem?
Thanks in advance...

Haha, of course living in NZ is the problem! So far from everything!
But seriously, price yourself lucky. Your talking about a game where your first price is a coconut bra!
I deleted it after serious futile attempts to get it working properly.

I live in NZ as well & I didn't have any problems.
But you could try downloading it from Flight's website.

I've already downloaded and installed it. The problem is that I need to buy it from Xbox live in order to get a product key since I didn't automatically get one.

I don't have any payment options on file on Xbox live. Could that be the problem?

I downloaded and installed my copy directly from here...>>>
http://www.microsoft.com/games/flight/
"Download and play free now"
No problems at all. It worked perfectly, first time!
No strange "Keys", and no Payment/Money required!
Got the Flight Icon on my desktop to join my FS 2004 and FSX!

Go to flight website, then make a gamertag wich is linking with your live-account or hotmail. Then restart flight, then on the front menu click LIVE and log in. Then it should work. I had this prob and i fixed it this way.
No worries, be happy

I don't have any fancy "Accounts", or anything else, with Microsoft, so I cant see what the problem is?
I just downloaded and installed "Flight", as I mentioned above, the same as I do with any other Program. There was nothing unusual, or difficult about it.
Paul.

I tried that route & it started off fine. Then the download locked up so I had to exit. Not been able to resume the download since & the Support button doesn't work. I've given up on it.
I'm getting Download Error: 0x8007000d. This seems a general error for lots of different MS software.
