The Diamond DA20-100 Katana 4X by Aerosoft...........
This plane has some awesome in depth features, like the ability to do a physical walk around and inspection of the aircraft, maintain/repair all systems of the aircraft, it even gets dirty and can be cleaned
A short hop from Omak Muni to Anderson Field in Washington State.
Over Omak Lake....under the right wing is Bains Beach where we go to swim in the summertime.....
Over an area we call Cameron Lake Loop in this one........
Anderson Field is located at the mouth of the Okanogan River where it flows into the mighty Columbia....
About to set 'er down after a nice smooth flight
Thanks 4 looking
"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

You let your plane get dirty.
Great shots.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one enjoying the Katana, she sure is a great little trainer, realistic procedures too. Aerosoft did a great job with this one.

I don't have the new Accu-Sim P-40, so I don't know what advances they've come up with this time.
Compared to the older Accu-Sim birds though.........I'd say in some ways the systems are even more in-depth

This is the menu you get on start up........it lets you choose the condition of the aircraft.
http://www.simviation.com/phpupload/uploads/1328812478.jpg
This is the main menu.
http://www.simviation.com/phpupload/uploads/1328776913.jpg
The ground equipment menu....clicking on the items toggles them.
http://www.simviation.com/phpupload/uploads/1328756170.jpg
This is the walk around menu. Clicking on the numbers inspects that particular part of the aircraft.
If any attention is needed it will show up in blue.
http://www.simviation.com/phpupload/uploads/1328788109.jpg
This is the fuel station. You can add fuel, check for/empty any water in the tank, and physically check the fuel level.
http://www.simviation.com/phpupload/uploads/1328766340.jpg
I forgot to take a shot of the trim tabs feature
You can grab onto the trim tabs using the mouse and move them up and down.
The oil and liquids menu. The oil level can be checked using the dipstick. If oil is needed you have the choice between 20 and 40 weight. Rotax engines are water cooled, so you also can check the level of coolant and add if necessary.
http://www.simviation.com/phpupload/uploads/1328822465.jpg
The payload manager. Pilot, co-pilot and baggage can be added/removed and individual weights adjusted.
http://www.simviation.com/phpupload/uploads/1328770399.jpg
The cleaning menu. The aircraft will get dirty over time (both the exterior and interior).
You can fill the bucket with water and wash the aircraft, then you can use the vacuum to clean out the interior.
http://www.simviation.com/phpupload/uploads/1328804713.jpg
The maintenance menu. All major components of the aircraft can be inspected, and if needed, either repaired or replaced.
http://www.simviation.com/phpupload/uploads/1328740850.jpg
The settings menu. Realism and preferance settings can be adjusted here.

One thing I didn't mention above is that there is an instructor mode that allows you to simulate failures from the co-pilot's seat (for shared cockpit I assume).
Hope this is what you were after, FT
