What a better example of the future then cops being able to hit you with the radar gun while hovering above the trees.

Cool idea....great shot
"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

Are you using REX in this shot? Because if you are the shot doesn’t count. No payware in the contest its the rules.

Yeah it does, but if you read the rules you can't use any form of Payware, including REX

Says nothing about the sky. It says no Planes or scenery. I believe that I am following the spirit of the contest by using default scenery and aircraft. I would think that the sky really is not the focal point here. The flying cop car is the object. If you look at many of the submissions over the course of the contests, many could be using REX for the weather effect.

Sorry that I didn't notice it before....REX is not allowed because it is a payware product.
We don't allow any payware so that the field is even for everyone

I know it doesn't say anything about REX in the rules but there was a discussion about REX in the December Contest & the Mods & Admin decided that REX wasn't allowed.

The spirit of the contest is no payware.
It is a great shot though.

There was a discussion? Was it in the forum or private? I'd love to see it. Shame they didn't allow REX cos then my lovely Maule shot would of counted!
Still rules are rules and I asked for it to be removed in the last contest when I realised I had rex on.

I know that REX was never allowed but that was when it was explained. Also Dave the thread was deleted when the contest finished.
And Chuck I would recommend that it was stated in the rules that REX wasn't allowed. Then if someone used REX you could delete the shot.
