Went on a VOR to VOR kick, finally learned how to do the autopilot feature in the Jayhawk, and did some formation flight again.  Enjoy  Smiley

Beech VOR flight over Hawaii
...

Jayhawk autopilot flight en route to Honolulu
...

IRIS P40 Freeware set over Orbx demo area
...

...

...

Formation flight over SoCal
...

I reduced this to 70% and still couldn't meet the size requirement here.  It looked horrible, but I loved the shot so I'm adding a link to the actual picture.

High Res

Thanks for looking!

Great shots Cool Cool

Here's your last shot......I ran the original through BDSizer (Freeware) and got it within limits. You should try out this program......it's really easy to use and I've never noticed any quality loss in the re-size Cool

"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.

Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

Sweet thanks!! I thought GIMP was an improvement over Paint.NET when it came to that but this will help a lot.  Smiley

Try using just the regular old MS paint. Don't laugh... this is what I use ALL THE TIME. It has GREAT compression, with minimal loss in quality.

this is a really grey shot, but here is what MS paint does for compression... (this image is less then 40 KB)

...

I will try to get some more vibrant images to compare!

I love the S-70 family of copters, which include the jayhawk.  it is a great aircraft.  Is the P-40 in a racing scheme?
