http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_pigeon

Apparently it was illegal to keep Homing Pigeons, as they were needed for the War Effort.

..So.....a Very Important Man From The War Ministry would knock on your door and demand that all the Pigeons were set free...

...which they were...

Guess what...

...as soon as The Very Important Man From The War Ministry left...

They all came back Home again!... Smiley...!

Paul.... Grin... Grin...!

..probably... Wink...!

Oh that is quite alright to use the apostrophe that way as I read, write, speak and type in Canadian and not English or Yankee Doodle... Grin

I have to say I chuckled at the paragraph talking about bioweapons. To the best of my knowledge pigeons already are bioweapons, ask Nelson on his column Wink Grin

I call them flying rats. I hate the blasted things.

The only time I'm ever likely to agree with with Ken Livingstone. Cheesy

Muphry's Law in full effect  Grin

Could they not have encouraged everyone to keep the pigeons? They're horrific birds, and now they've spread!
