What sim? FS2004 or FSX?

The only dc-4 I know of is Jens K.'s V-3 found here-

. I'll assume you're interested in Buffalo Airways. There is a Buffalo livery for the water bomber. The textures can be used on the other models to create a pax or cargo version.

Just installed the scenery. Works well with default dscenery. If you use UTX-Canada it needs some work to remove autogen obstacles from taxiways.....

, you don't happen to know if there is any payware Dc-4's? out there do you just the virtual cockpit in the current dc4 isn't very detailed ?
