Eh barely a better model but iFly is perfect and they give a way better deal ... $55 for 737NG 600, 700, 800, and 900, plus the BBJ, BBJ2, and BBJ3. Or PMDG $70 for -800/-900....

I had PMDG for FS9 last year and compared to iFly there isn't much of a difference to me.  Cool

The PMDG 737NGX for FSX is completed different to the FS9 PMDG 737NG.

Sorry to Spam this, but this is my NGX, with the new cockpit and exterior; /yabb?num=1322025342. PMDG has torn this plane down, and give it a new leas on life. It's no were near the old fs9 model, its THE BEST for FSX.

You can argue that PMDG is the best plane for FSX but I can argue against it also. The fact of the matter is that they are both great simulation models that are pretty flawless almost. iFly just has better value for its buck than PMDG. You'd have to pay $40 extra to get everything that iFly gives you, and personally I don't see a big difference in the PMDG model than iFly other than a HUD. And I'm no 737 Captain either so I won't notice those small small difference's in the plane.

And no simulation plane on the market competes with Level-D 767, I think that will remain the best for a long time.

As far as the new NGX model being "torn down" and has a whole new look isn't so much... I mean the HUD looks nice and all but other than that exterior isn't really a big deal for a simulation. Talking about simulation on the PMDG and iFly, you're not gunna be disappointed with either. I don't even know why there's an argument about iFly and PMDG when they're both great.

They are both great aircraft, I think PMDG is more 'solid'.  and yes! good shots other wise  Smiley
