When you see a crash like that, you suddenly realise that big passenger jets, etc, are actually made from aluminium cooking foil!... Shocked...!

If you thought carefully about the construction of aircraft with an aluminium skin made from the thickness of gold leaf, you would stay safely at home... Shocked...

I would too. Just imagine Wayne and Waynetta Chav picking out bits of gold leaf fuselage and stuffing it into their hand baggage at 35,000 feet and wondering why it is becoming a bit drafty  Grin Grin

Yes, it's stories and pictures of crashes that continually remind me of one of the chief reasons I prefer simaviation to the real thing. Wink
