Well...
...that's the last of my Supermarket Xmas shopping done...
...!
One of my Lads took me to get my load of shopping which was too heavy for my Pack-pack on my Motor-bike!
I've got my fresh, Corn-fed Chicken for Xmas Day, and a shoulder of fresh Pork (with crackling) for Boxing Day.
Both will be treated to my usual "magic" before being roasted in my trusty Gas Oven..
...!
Lost of various vegetables will be sliced, sprinkled with Herbs and Spices and Virgin Olive Oil, placed in a tray, and roasted in the Oven, together with Roast potatoes and Yorkshire Puddings!
Mince Pies and Custard for Pudding...
...and all washed down with various types of; "Happy Fluid"...
...!
I'm looking forward to getting busy in my Kitchen!
Paul....Treating one of my brood (Peter) to my Xmas fare this year!...
..!

I anxiously await pics, Fozzer. And don't forget to put an apple in the mouth of any caroler you may decide to roast.

I will do my very best, with my trusty camera...
...but there is a very narrow window between the time the meal is actually placed on the Dinner Table, and the rapid disappearance of said meal...
..!
A extremely fast shutter speed is required.

Have you considered borrowing one of David Attenborough's high-speed cameras Fozz?
We're on traditional Hungarian fare tomorrow so my tummy is set to "Happy"

No problem, I understand if you miss the shot.
Just be sure that you and yours have a merry one!
And everyone else too!

Maybe setting up a webcam in your kitchen would relieve you of stressing out over photos...
