There may be some hope for some of us that enjoy a good steak and potato. I found this on the net and it made me think about some of the people in their late 90's that just ate as they pleased and never worried much. If it came from the farm fry it up and slap it on my plate!
Flying with twins is a lot of fun..

I spend so much time watching/drooling-over Nigella, that I seem to miss everything that she is preparing and cooking...

The best one on telly is that Hong Kong bit of fluff that does cooking in her birthday suit and a transparent apron

Speaking of cases, I'd say one would go well with steak & potatoes right now, I could get one here and "rest" it against the wall while frying up the goodies.
My neighbors in back were both born in 1900. Made it to age 96 and 97. Both smoked, drank beer, and I guess ate everything else that goes with cigarettes and beer.
It's hit or miss in health, some look young always, some do not. I have my personal doubts about health food advocates, I supposed it can't hurt, but whether it really makes a diff, no one can say.
OK, time for lunch.

I think that people need to find the right balance that works for them, no drastic dietary changes for me!
I'll continue to shovel meat and potatoes into my mouth, then maybe on some days treat myself with a nice piece of apple pie.
I do however get a kick out of the female version of my name!
Learning to fly, but I ain't got wings...

What on earth are you guys going on about
Most people think that flying a plane is dangerous, except pilots because they know how easy it is.
Arguing with a pilot is like wrestling with a pig in the mud, after a while you begin to think the pig likes it.
