First training session for the team that are doing the Three Peaks next year.
Not a bad pace over the distance... that litre of Lucozade didn't touch the sides on its way down
Those bacon butties and pint of tea were a perfect lunch. Now I've got to get back to normal to work tonight!
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

I've just seen the graph of our progress from one of the GPS units we took with us. Crumbs but the ascent to the highest point in the Chilterns was a rather straight line that was almost vertical! I hate that hill
