What I don't get is what the captain expected the "thick accent" guy to do on the flight deck. All he needed to do was tell the FO that the guy was stuck in the lav... he didn't need to go through that door. And where was the cabin crew? Isn't there a 2-way intercom between the cabin and the flight deck? Huh
