Dornier produced several Ugly Aircraft, but the 228 is so ugly, Fred Flintstone wouldn't fly it.

AND! Methinks the Dornier Seastar tips the ugly/unusual scales quite a bit more than the 228 does.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.
