Some Repaints I've done on the Beech Volpar by Brian Gladden:

The bare metal one was inspired by the A Team since they were always commandeering similar aircraft for one mission or another.

Thanks for taking a look Smiley

Great repaints.....likin' the USCG and bare metal Cool Cool

"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.

Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

You paint the aircraft a light to medium grey and make the alpha channel a dark grey. By playing with the two you can get anything from a dull metal finish to polished like my A Team plane. Also you have to have the Reflective textures enabled in the sim to see it. Mind you, this will only work on some aircraft, I tried to repaint the default Lear jet in a polished finish and got a semi transparent aircraft instead. It seems that the aircraft has to have an interior for this to work. I hope this helps, my advice is to experiment like I did and study the textures and alphas to get an idea.
HAPPY FLYING! Smiley
