Grin As they say, a camel is a horse built by a committee. I love the picture window in the nose, all it needs is some nice drapery and a hanging ivy plant.  Cool

They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The word ugly seems to be commonly used nowadays to describe anything out of the ordinary. I wouldn't call any aeroplane ugly. Some look better than others, that's all. Wink

I've seen worse looking aircraft than that Vickers Velos. I think the designers at General Aircraft must have seen it. The Fleet Shadower wasn't successful either. http://www.aviastar.org/air/england/ga_gal-38.php

I don't find any airplane ugly.  Matter of fact, the one that started this looked quite interesting to me, and the one you posted quite strange... But certainly not ugly.

It's different. Not beautiful, just different

Most people think that flying a plane is dangerous, except pilots because they know how easy it is.
Arguing with a pilot is like wrestling with a pig in the mud, after a while you begin to think the pig likes it.
