I recently got a new PC- WIN 7, of course.  Got eveything set up & running w 2G Video- WOW!

However; now if I want to add a gauge into a panel, when I edit the Bit Map to create a blank space in the panel background- save the file- the colors of the panel background are all screwed up.

I know this is a 64 bit system-- what do I need to do to be able to edit a BMP and have the colors & texture render properly?

I don't know enough about WIN 7 yet...

Thanks...

The OS isn't the problem. Check the bitmap extension with imagetool. For gauges it must be 8-bit.

Up is the way to go.
