LA Valley to my left....
Big Bear City far behind me, high up in the San Bernardino Mountain Range...

Greg Ebnit did an excellent job of the positioning and animation of the fires in various locations dotted around Southern California.
One suddenly comes across them by surprise as one approaches the various areas affected by the fires!
I follow the news of them, year by year, and observe them with the aid of local news, my Flight Sim aircraft, Google Maps, and Wikipedia!
